Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

1. Definitions
- Return – Sending back a purchased product due to an approved issue.
- Replacement – Receiving a new product in place of a defective or wrong one.
- Refund – Receiving your money back through the original payment method.
2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You can request a return or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered/invoiced), or
- The product was damaged during delivery.
You must raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3. What is Not Eligible for Return / Replacement / Refund
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for:
- Products ordered by mistake (wrong size, type, product, etc.)
- Personal dislike or change of mind after delivery
- Minor differences in appearance due to screen differences
- Used, tampered, or damaged products not reported during unboxing
- Products where the original tag, label, or packaging seal is removed or not intact
- Incorrect address or unavailability during delivery
- Delivery refusal or unresponsive customer during delivery attempts
Product Representation & AI Imagery Disclaimer
All product images, photographs, and visual representations displayed on this website are provided for illustrative and reference purposes only. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure that such representations are as accurate as possible, certain images may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence (AI) or digital rendering technologies.
Accordingly, the Company does not warrant or guarantee that the colors, textures, finishes, dimensions, or material characteristics depicted in such images will be identical or fully representative of the actual product delivered. Variations may occur due to, but not limited to, AI-generated visualization, screen resolution differences, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.
By purchasing from this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that minor discrepancies between the displayed images and the actual product shall not be deemed as defects, misrepresentation, or grounds for return, refund, or replacement, unless otherwise expressly stated under applicable policies.
The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on product images for decision-making purposes, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.
4. How to Request a Return / Replacement
To initiate a return:
- Send us a message on WhatsApp:
- Provide:
- Your Order ID
- Reason for return
- Full and clear unboxing video (Must start from opening the package, without cuts or edits)
Requests without an uncut, continuous unboxing video will not be processed.
5. Return & Replacement Process
- Review: Our team will review your request with the submitted video.
- Approval: If approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back.
- Quality Check: After receiving the product, our team will inspect it.
- Resolution:
- Replacement will be dispatched if stock is available.
- If out of stock, a full refund will be processed.
Timeline:
- Replacement dispatch: 2–3 working days after accepting the returned product
- Refund processing: 2–3 working days after approval
6. Buyer Responsibilities
- Ensure address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
- Make sure the provided number is reachable during delivery.
- Respond to courier calls and track your package.
NCC stores is not liable if:
- Delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability.
- Calls or delivery attempts go unanswered.
- Delivery is refused.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- If a shipped order is returned due to buyer issue, to-and-fro courier and handling charges will be deducted before refund (if approved).
8. Final Decision
All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and refunds are taken at the discretion of NCC stores. Once a final decision is communicated, the matter is closed and further requests may not be entertained.
