Shipping Policy

At NCC Stores, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you in the fastest possible time and in perfect condition. We ship exclusively through trusted and reputed courier partners.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

• Dispatch Time: All orders are shipped within 2–7 working days from the date of successful payment.
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 working days after dispatch.

Note: Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as festivals, extreme weather, strikes, or courier delays. We will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.

Delivery Process

We recommend that you or someone authorized by you be available at the delivery address to receive the package during the courier's delivery hours, which are typically between 9 AM and 6 PM IST.

• A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.
• If both attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.
• You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery (depending on the situation).
• No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.

What if I haven’t received my order?

Don’t worry! Just WhatsApp us at +xxxxxxxx with your Order Number and Tracking ID, and we’ll update you on your order status promptly.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Orders with a cart value above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
• Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹59 is applicable for orders with a cart value below ₹999 based on shipping location.

·         We endeavour to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. NCC stores  insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

 

 

·         DELIVERY CHARGES(based on selection) All domestic orders are delivered for free of charge

 

·         ADDITIONAL CHARGES There are no additional charges. The total payable amount is indicated on the individual items.

 

·         DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavour to deliver orders within 2 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays)
