Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch Time: All orders are shipped within 2–7 working days from the date of successful payment.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 working days after dispatch.
Note: Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including festivals, extreme weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or courier-related delays. We will make every effort to keep customers informed in such situations.
Delivery Process
We recommend that you or an authorized representative be available at the delivery address during courier delivery hours, typically between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST.
- A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.
- If both attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
- No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.
What If I Haven’t Received My Order?
If your order has not been received within the expected timeline, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 98422 21491 with your Order Number and Tracking ID. Our team will promptly assist you with the latest delivery status.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Orders with a cart value above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders with a cart value below ₹999, depending on delivery location.
Order Dispatch & Transit Insurance
We endeavor to dispatch all accepted orders within 48 hours of order confirmation. An estimated delivery timeline will be displayed during checkout.
NCC STORES insures each order during transit until it is successfully delivered or collected. Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer or authorized recipient must sign the delivery acknowledgment. Such signature shall serve as confirmation that the order has been delivered and fulfilled.
In the case of gifts or deliveries received by a third party on behalf of the purchaser, the recipient's signature shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
Delivery Charges
All eligible domestic orders are delivered free of charge as per the applicable shipping offer available at the time of purchase.
Additional Charges
There are no hidden or additional charges beyond the amount displayed during checkout. The final payable amount is clearly indicated on the order summary and invoice.
